FIC: Unexpected Visitor, Promise? and Home on the Range

Title: Unexpected Visitor
Author: [livejournal.com profile] spikedluv
Pairing/Characters: David/Colby, OFC
Rating: R
Length: 3008 words
Why I'm reccing this fic: I don’t write a lot of Original Characters, but I created one for this fic that I liked, and other folk seemed to enjoy: Colby’s mom.
A brief excerpt: David walked into the living room, tangled up in a t-shirt. “Granger, I think this is your t-shirt. Any idea where I left . . .” David’s head appeared from the t-shirt and he saw Colby standing there with his mother. “. . . mine? Uh . . . hi.”

Catherine’s eyes went wide as she took in David, jeans unbuttoned, feet bare, skin still damp from the shower. “I hope I’m not interrupting anything?”

Title: Promise?
Author: [livejournal.com profile] spikedluv
Pairing/Characters: Don/Charlie
Rating: NC17
Length: 2496 words
Why I'm reccing this fic: I love to write Don/Charlie first-time fic, where Don just wants so badly, and thinks he can’t have.
A brief excerpt: Despite every muscle being tensed to run, and every sense telling him how really, really bad of an idea it was, Don allowed a gentle hand to turn his face until he and Charlie were practically nose to nose.

“Don, tell me again,” Charlie said, “tell me everything’s going to be all right.”

Charlie sounded five, but god, he looked like sex on legs. Hair a little bit mussed from Don’s hand, lips red and swollen from where he’d been biting at them, eyes wide and dark with . . . Jesus, with arousal.

Promise?

Title: Home on the Range
Author: [livejournal.com profile] spikedluv
Pairing/Characters: Don/Colby (pre-slash)
Rating: PG13
Length: 1600 words
Why I'm reccing this fic: I wrote a couple of AU’s this year, but this is one that I’m really happy with, and which one day might get continued.
A brief excerpt: Don steered the Jeep down the dirt driveway, navigating pot holes and ruts, a glance in the rearview mirror showed the dust billowing up behind him in a valiant attempt to obscure the vehicle. When the ranch house finally came into view, Don was pleasantly surprised. The house was large, painted white and accented with green trim, boasting a wrap-around porch, but it wasn’t as ostentatious as the first ranch he’d already visited that morning.
