Why I'm reccing this comm:
In a fandom/show completely dominated by men this comm was created to focus on the women of Numb3rs. Brave and quite unusual, IMHO a comm I'm gladleda_speaks took a chance on creating. She just launched her first fic challenge so go check it out.
