Actually, I am in need of a beta! So if you're offering that would be fab. My fandom twin beta'd my first fic (which considering the activity of fandom and the cest ship I was pleasantly surprised w/ comments) but she hates betaing. A lot.
My first fandom that I wrote and published online for was Twilight - yeah, I know - and I wrote everything. Gen, het, slash, femmeslash. The gamut. Then I just wrote het and gen for Terminator. I didn't really write slash until recently nor did I consider myself an OTP person. IDK. Then all of a sudden I was very OTP and consider it a challenge to make my pair work in a variety of situations, etc. Also with cest I find it hard to work in other pairings because if it worked with someone else why in the world would X choose to be with a sibling? [Heh, I am writing your bonded!bros prompt for ROK this round.] I trained in poetry so I consider fan fic and writing within one pairing a lot like form. It's a challenge but one I like.
Yes, so much. I am in awe of the folks who have taken on so much to keep N3 running smoothly. There needs to be an award for that or something. I would hate to do a clone or twin community for eppescest but I would like something challenge or exchange-oriented as well as promoting one's fic.
