3 recs per theme (they don't have to be just fic; they can also be vids, artwork, essays, episodes, websites, etc), and for this amnesty period, one theme per post only because in addition to tagging, I also memory the posts, and LJ's stupid limit of five memory categories per post is a pain in the butt, so if there were more than one theme, or more than one category (fic, vid, etc) I could be up a creek when I tried to memory the post.
And yes to multiple posts, because every theme is open for revisiting.
