Title: Natural Occurances of Pi, from Conference Wives verse

Why I’m reccing this fic: This entire series is amazing. This small piece is a beatiful articulation of Charlie's first time and the deep friendship he shares with these two women.

During the series it turns decidingly Charlie/Ian, the author creates and walks us through a wonderful story/mystery of Charlie's time out east, shows us a side to Charlie we've never, ever experienced, weaves his personality and being all over the place. When tragedy strikes, Charlie remains himself and yet embarks on a life so many would never have dreamt for him: one of the responsible adult as well as decidingly committed and vulnerable to a love that isn't a "usual" or "given"... love between two maximimly (sp? ...word?) complex individuals that grows and blossoms and matures into one of the most beautiful NUMB3RS 'ships we have, IMO.

Title: Conference Wives series

Rating: Mostly PG with the occasional NC-17 part
Length: Really long in short pieces (though not all are technically drabbles)
Basic premise: Charlie suddenly finds himself as a single parent when two good friends die, then Ian becomes his partner and co-parent.
Why I'm reccing this fic: Dance walks that ever-problematic line with kidfic of being too cute, and most of the time stays on the non-sacchrine side. When she does stray across the line, it's easy to forgive because the fic is so silly and fun anyway. :)

Some particular Isaac fluff -- Bubbles, In Your Hide Out, Cereal Murder

Oh, and a big part of the fun is watching the FBI agents, especially Ian, deal with the kid stuff -- Never Admit Defeat

Why am I reccing this. I’d liked to recommend Megan and Larry’s young daughter Alania cause she is to freaken cute and Melinda Reeves, Megan’s sister. Melinda who is very much like Megan, strong and funny but not as scary and well she is with 2 h0t men, enough said. Alania and Melinda appear at different intervals in her fics and philleegirl has used all the canon characters in a well thought out multi complex universe

Why am I reccing this fic series. I love how dance_the_code writes this little boy. He is funny and intelligent. I love how she has him think of Don, Coop and Ian as super heroes and Charlie and Larry as math magicians. Sweet and compelling story. Her OFC’s that are Isaac’s mothers are amazing to read and I wish that dance had not been evil and killed them cause they sound like a lot of fun. Again like the other rec a multi layered universe that is a pleasure to read

Basic premise: Several years ago, Charlie was the sperm donor for a lesbian couple that were his good friends and colleagues. (And he usually only saw them at conferences, hence the name.)
Why I'm reccing this fic: This drabble series is a lot of fun to follow as it goes through many moods and subplots. There's a prequel that shows Charlie at college and his time with these two women, but most of the story is after the two women die and Charlie suddenly finds himself as a single parent to a precocious three-year-old boy named Isaac. Along the way, many things happen such as Isaac matches real people with the wild stories he'd been told (Don is a super hero), Coop buys a canoe, Ian bakes a cake and falls in love with Charlie, Charlie gets kidnapped with only Isaac as a witness, Alan has trouble dealing with a sniper for a son-in-law, etc.
