Why I'm reccing this fic: So good and sweet and rich packed into a tiny fic that leaves you wanting so much more. Mae is truly gifted in showing the reader what her characters feel through all this glorious sensory detail without ever expliciting letting you into their thoughts. It just gorgeous and angsty and achy and guh. I heart her interpretation of both the brothers during the series timeline as well as pre-series. She is a lovely treat to all of us 'cester who love the brothers the best.

It's lyrical and strong and creative and there are lines in this fic that make me positively envious of her gift with words. But the ending, guh, the ending is what kills. It's hits hard and good and satisfying like a strong drink after a long day. READ IT!

Why I'm reccing this fic: Everything you loved about season 1 Don and Charlie is in this fic plus a little extra for us 'cesters. /winks/ I simply adore this fic. I could spend hours pointing out all the things I love. The fact is Mae is clever and funny and creative and completely draws you into her world with her words. And the attraction b/t the brothers is so hot, it is at incendiary levels in this fic.
