Numb3rs Fandom Recommendations

Okay, wow, yeah, this is gonna be hard isn’t it? I’ve decided to choose three fic that demonstrate different pairings that I find interesting.

Pairing/Characters: Don/Charlie (mentions Don/Coop)
Rating: NC17
Length: 8000+ words
Why I'm reccing this fic: When the fandom opened and people started writing the incest, you could count on the angst, and it was beautiful and heartbreaking, and sometimes still you need a touch of that, and in this fic the angst just hurts so damned good, but then it’s all hotness and happy endings, which makes for the perfect combination in my book.
A brief excerpt: The days passed in a blur. He went from class to his office to home. He returned to his cognitive research and tried to nurture the small feeling of joy he got from getting into a groove and ignore the ache he felt whenever he returned to the project that had driven his brother away.

Why I'm reccing this fic: Dira has written several lovely and fun David/Colby fic, but I like the way that this one shows us a piece of Colby’s back history while introducing us to his relationship with David. The underlying humor is a plus. *g*

Why I'm reccing this fic: There seriously needs to be more of this pairing. I’d often wondered what would happen when Ian Edgerton and Billy Cooper met, and this fell into my lap like manna from heaven. A delightful blend of the alpha with the hotness and the sweet, if you can believe it of these two. Believe it. *g*
